Import Application Form

You can import the CPFWeb Aplication Form data.

• The function entry: CVO Central -> Preference -> Maintenance.
• Maybe, need Administrator permission to used this function.

CPFWeb Submitted Application Form

• Click Refresh button, the CPF will receive Application Form summary list data from CPFWeb.
• Received Application Form data

• Double click any record in grid, receive Application Form detail data.
• Received Application Form detail data

Accept or Deny

If the application is accepted, it is imported into CPF for credentialing. After the credentialing jobs done, the result (package) will be delivered immediately to CPFWeb for review.

Review Submitted

Review the submitted application form, accept or deny.
