Trouble Shootings

• Connection issue. CPF client needs to link to remote server (or service), if an issue exists with the internet connection, the CPF client may stay at "Initializing…" status, and after a few seconds it prompts an error message as the following figure. Once this happens, please check your internet connection or contact the administrator (perhaps the server has disconnected).
