Reports and Ticklers
Reports
There are 4 parts within this module:
1. Report header Display current report name.
2. Report navigation bar Lists all the reports user may access. There are 8 available reports.
3. Status filter
- There are 3 filters for these reports.
- Filter1: Chiropractic Practitioners, Dental Practitioners, Chiropractic License Information Not Received, Dental License Information Not Received, DEA Information Not Received.
- Filter2: Chiropractic License Verification Information and Dental License Verification Information;
- Filter3: DEA Verification Information. [IMAGE HERE]
- Query Link. Input your conditions, click the query link, records meeting the conditions will be listed in the body of the report.
- Clear Link. Clear all conditions text, entire textbox will be blank.
- Preview Link. Preview a generated report that you wish to be entered. A new preview window will pop up. [IMAGE HERE]
- Condition textbox. There is additional information related to a practitioner that can be used to query, more than one condition is used, their relationships are:
- Name. It is separated into first, middle and last, inputting any and/or all of the three is allowable. Ignore case. Single letter and parts of words meaning all practitioners whose name string contains these letters will be found and shown in the body of the report, e.g. input 's' in first name box and all practitioners whose name string contains 's' will be shown in the report.
- Office city, office state are wild match like names.
- Office zip, office phone, committee date from/to, SSN must be input in the proper format. But for SSN, part of the number is allowable, e.g. input '222' input SSN box, all practitioners whose SSN number starting with "222" will be found.
4. Report body Group by practitioner, office address information and identity information are the master columns.
Advanced Reports

2. Advanced report navigation bar Navigate these reports.
3. Advanced report body Show selected advanced reports, each report has different view. They are classified into status reports and quality reports.
Status Reports Generate report by all kinds of status. These views have two frames, up frame is the status box and down frame is the report body.
- Application Status Report

- Application status box. List all application status, select radio checkbox of status, corresponding status report will be shown in the report body. If many records are found, a process bar will be shown at the left of the status bar until all data for the report is obtained.
- Report body. Report lists all practitioners where application status is the selected status. Double click record, application form detail will be displayed. Report shown by an advanced grid view. About advanced grid view, please see How to use advanced grid view.
- Verification Status Reprot

- Verification status box. Lists all verification status. Both status and section are selected, report will be shown in report. If there are many records found, a process bar will be shown at the left of the status bar until all data for the report is obtained.
- Sections in scope box. List all sections which login user can access. Both status and section are selected; record will be shown in the report. If there are multiple records found, a process bar will be shown at the left of the status bar until all data for the report is obtained.
- Report body. Report lists all selected section records where verification status is the selected status. Application form id (Group by), practitioner name, summary of the section record and status of the record are the columns. Double click record; application form detail will be displayed. Report is shown in an advanced grid view. About advanced grid view, please see How to use advanced grid view.
How to use advanced grid view [IMAGE HERE]
- Group box. Drag a column header into this box, records will be grouped by that column. Drag another column, a sub group will be created under the last column dragged, e.g. drag the column "Committee Date", all records are separated by their Committee Date. [IMAGE HERE]
- Column bar. Allow rearrangement of columns, drag a column header, place it on another column header, the column dragged will be placed at left of that column. Sort report, click a column header that you want to sort by, all records will sort by this column, ascendant and descendent will be alternated. Filter records, click drop down button at the right of column header, some auto generated filter conditions will be listed, select it, report will be filtered by this condition. - Navigation bar. Shows current selected position and navigate record in the grid view.
Quality Reports
Various kinds of statistical reports. [IMAGE HERE] Report parameter box Each report has been set with default parameter values to generate it. Change parameters value in the dropdown list, and then click the button "View Report", report will be queried again using the new values. Report operation bar There are a number of operations for the report. Such as the navigation bar, show/hide parameter box, refresh, export, zoom, etc. Formats for exporting files include: xml, csv, tiff, pdf, web, excel. Report body
- Aging Verification Report - Shows performance of the verification job. It will count application forms that the verification job took less than 30 days, 60 days and 90 days.
- Active Providers Report - Count active providers by date and type, X axis is year and month, Y axis is type. This report updates once an hour.
- Active Providers By Network Report - Count active providers by date and Network, X axis is year and month, Y axis is network. This report updates once an hour.
- Active Providers Office Network Participation Statistics - Count active providers that have the selected network by office state and practitioner type, X axis is office state, Y axis is practitioner type, network is the condition. This report updates once an hour.
- Active Providers Office Network Participation Statistics By Date - Count active providers that have the selected network in the selected year by office state and month, X axis is office state; Y axis is the month in the selected year. This report updates once an hour.
- Terminated Providers Report - Count terminated providers by date and practitioner type, X axis is year and month, Y axis is practitioner type. Changing year or practitioner type, can get a corresponding report. This report updates once an hour.
- Terminated Providers By Network Report - Count terminated providers by date and network, X axis is year and month, Y axis is network. Changing year or network will generate a corresponding report. This report updates once an hour.
- Verified License Report - Count providers where verification of license have been completed by license state and practitioner type, X axis is license state, Y axis is practitioner type. This report updates once an hour.
- License Not Verified Report - Count providers where verification of license has not been completed by license state and practitioner type, X axis is license state, Y axis is practitioner type. This report updates once an hour.
- Network Providers Report - Count providers by network and practitioner type, X axis is network, Y axis is practitioner type. This report updates once an hour.
- Network Directory By State Report - obtain office address of practitioner by network and state.
Ticklers
Tickler header Display current tickler name. Tickler navigation bar All ticklers are listed here. They are separated into verification ticklers and notice ticklers. Verification ticklers are used for verification work. The notice tickler is used for generation of notices Tickler options box There are some conditions and operations for the corresponding tickler. Change conditions to filter records, and do some operations in these records. Tickler body Advanced grid view(See How to use advanced grid view list jobs records.
Verification ticklers
Verified tickler

- This tickler has no any special operation, It will just list all practitioners whose application form has been submitted but whose verification has not been completed.
- Verification information, e.g. organizaiton group of practitioner, committee date, submitted date, records need verification, records verifying and records verification completed are listed in the grid to help the user know the rate of progress of verification.
Resend request tickler

- Select a section, requests that meet the condition will be listed. Requests are grouped by practitioner and current section record. The request notification should be sent 3 times until feedback is received, each time interval is 15 days. So if a request is sent out but not received beyond 15 days, it should be resent and it will appear in this tickler. However, if waiting days of a request total greater than 45 days and information still has not been received the tickler will not show it.
- Click the button "Select All", all requests will be selected.
- After selecting request(s), click the button "Send Request", the notifier window will pop up with notification items created for those requests. About notifier, please see "Request Methods".
Request not received tickler

- Select a section, requests meeting a condition will be listed. Requests are grouped by practitioner and current section record. If waiting days of a request are beyond 45 days and it has not been received the tickler will not show it.
- Click the button "Select All", all requests will be selected.
- After select request(s), click the button "Received", the requests status will be changed to Received.
Reverify tickler
- After a practitioner’s verification has been completed, they will then be listed in the tickler 120 days prior to the next committee date until reverification is completed.
- Select practitioner(s), click the button "Start Reverification", the verification status will be changed to start reverification.
Audit trail tickler
- After verification is completed, any modification of a section will be logged. The tickler is used to show the log of modifications.
- Those logs are listed in an advanced grid view. It has been set to a default group level.
- Click the button "Go" and the tickler will be retrieved.
Notice ticklers
Expiring/Expired tickler

- Assemble condition, can get a corresponding result. Expiring means that license number/DEA number/Board Certification will expire in 30 days, expired means that license number/DEA number/Board Certification has expired.
- Click the button "Select All", all records will be selected.
- Click the button "Send Notification", notification will be created for this record and show in the notifier window pop up. About notifier, please see "Request Methods".
